When I first met Lindsey, she was holding an Open House on Perico Island, and I was just browsing. Even though Lindsey knew I was not a viable candidate, she was very friendly and took great pains to answer all my tedious questions regarding that property. I remembered her gracious attitude and her sense of responsibility toward her client, so, when I decided to sell my home on Anna Maria Island, I called Lindsey! From our very first consultation, I was confident I had made the right choice. After We decided on a Listing Price, Lindsey wasted no time getting things in motion. She quickly let me know what I needed to do to get my home ready to sell, i.e. get rid of any clutter. Great Advice! Two days later, Lindsey brought in an amazing photographer whose pictures highlighted and enhanced all the best aspects of my home and property. After Lindsey and I approved the photos, they were uploaded, and my property became available on all the major Real Estate websites. Within 2 days, I began getting official offers based solely on Lindsey’s listing and photos. The third offer was Full Price! I was Thrilled! Another offer was $10,000 above Listing Price and that sealed the Deal! So, within a week of signing a sales contract, my home was under contract! WOW! My head was spinning! For the next 30 days until Closing, Lindsey led me through the maze of real estate sales such as: questions to be answered, disclosures to be noted, home inspections to be scheduled and home appraisals to be approved! Through it all, Lindsey was on top of everything and even anticipating the next hurdle! I can honestly say “There were NO surprises for me!” Lindsey had warned me not to ask for a shorter closing than the standard 30 days and she was RIGHT. I leaned on her heavily through those days and it was a very busy time for both of us. When Closing Day arrived, she was ready, prepared and it went smoothly. Again, No Surprises, all Thanks to Lindsey! In addition to all the above, Lindsey also provided a list of vetted local and national movers which I did take advantage of when my own choice of movers cancelled due to lack of drivers!

Best Realtor On Anna Maria and Longboat Key
So I haven’t actually gotten to meet Lindsey yet since we live up north and seem to miss each other the times I made it down to Longboat Key. With that said, I think it is worth sharing my experience. On a whim one day I saw a few interesting homes in the area, enough that I wanted extra info, but was I really ready to buy a second home yet? Well Lindsey was awesome, she would go scope out the places for me, do video walk throughs and was such an optimist. Many times I told her I didn’t want to make here do all that work for free and she never once balked at me. She was awesome and a professional. Several houses later, we finally found a perfect place for our family! Lindsey handled everything cool as a cucumber and got it done. There are always hiccups and things that come up along the way, never once was she not there to handle it. We bought the place site unseen and when all was said and done and we got the keys, the place was better than I had hoped. Nothing misrepresented, honest about the value and offer process, condition of the home. I will happily be working with Lindsey again, and certainly love the Duncan team overall.
