The Nest Cafe serves up brand-new brunch items, including fluffy waffles, mouthwatering muffins, and all the classics you crave.

Farmer’s Market at Lakewood Ranch

Ringling Underground

From 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., the Museum of Art Courtyard at The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art transforms into the ultimate spot for a night out.
Aside from the music, this event is also a showcase of incredible artwork displayed right in the Museum’s Courtyard. You’ll get to see fresh, new pieces from emerging artists that add an extra layer of creativity to the evening.

Lakewood Ranch is kicking off September with its monthly Music on Main event. On Friday, September 6th, from 6 to 9 PM, Main Street transforms into a lively block party filled with music, food, and fun.
This month’s featured band, Cassie Jean & The Fireflies, will be rocking out with their indie, folk rock, and Americana tunes. Not only will you get to enjoy great music, but you’ll also be supporting a fantastic cause – the Lakewood Ranch Community Foundation.

The 24th Annual Morton’s Firehouse Chili Cook-Off
The 24th Annual Morton’s Firehouse Chili Cook-Off is coming to Sarasota, and it’s an event you won’t want to miss. This event promises you a day filled with mouthwatering chili, lively music, and a whole lot of fun, all while supporting a fantastic cause.
This isn’t just any average neighborhood cookout. It’s the battle of the bravest! Your favorite local firehouses are going head-to-head to claim the title of Chili Champion. You’ll have the chance to taste a variety of chili creations, from mild to wild, and cast your vote for your favorite.
While you’re savoring delicious chili, you can enjoy live music that’ll keep you entertained. And don’t forget to check out the celebrity judges who will be on hand to taste and critique the chili.
